Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders with a screen-printed or embroidered name are processed within the same window once the name text in the order notes is confirmed.

Delivery Time

After dispatch, delivery takes 3 to 7 business days. In total, most orders arrive within 4 to 10 business days of being placed. Delivery estimates can be affected by customs checks, public holidays or carrier delays.

We ship to the United States, Canada, Mexico, the United Kingdom, Australia, the United Arab Emirates, Norway, Denmark and all European Union countries.

Shipping Options and Costs

Standard Shipping: $19.90, tracked.
Box Included Shipping: $24.90.
Gift Shipping: $34.90.
Orders of $300 or more: Standard Shipping is free.

Rates are set in US dollars and shown in your local currency at checkout, where you choose your option before you pay.

Carriers

Orders ship with tracked service from DHL, FedEx, UPS, USPS or DPD, depending on the destination.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

For most international destinations, import duties are calculated and collected at checkout, so there is nothing extra to pay on delivery. Where duties are not collected at checkout, including orders to the United States, any import duties or taxes charged by the destination country are the customer's responsibility.

Order Confirmation and Tracking

You will receive an order confirmation email after purchase and a dispatch email once your order has left our warehouse. When a tracking number is available, it is included in the dispatch email. See track your order for more.

Wrong Address or Undelivered Parcels

Please check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, contact us as soon as possible and before your order is dispatched so we can correct it.
