Lace Up or Velcro?
Lace Up gives the tightest, most secure fit and is the classic choice for sparring, but you need help to tie them. Velcro is quicker to put on and take off, which suits solo training and classes.
Headgear Sizes
Measure around your head just above the eyebrows, then choose S, M, L or XL. Headgear should sit snugly without sliding over your eyes. Shop Winning headgear.
Groin Guard Sizes
Groin guards come in S, M, L and XL. Choose the size that matches your waist so the guard sits centered and stays in place. Shop Winning groin guards.
Boxing Set Sizes
In a boxing set you choose three sizes: Gloves Size (6 oz to 18 oz), Headguard Size (S to XL) and Groinguard Size (S to XL). Browse Winning boxing sets.
