Free Shipping Over $300

Orders of $300 or more ship free. Orders under $300 ship for a flat $19.99 with international tracked shipping.

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders with a screen-printed or embroidered name are processed within the same window once the name text in the order notes is confirmed.

Delivery Time

After dispatch, delivery takes 3 to 7 business days. In total, most orders arrive within 4 to 10 business days of being placed. Delivery estimates can be affected by customs checks, public holidays or carrier delays.

We ship to the United States, Canada, Mexico, the United Kingdom, Australia, the United Arab Emirates, Norway, Denmark and all European Union countries.

Orders are shipped with tracked services from DHL, FedEx, UPS, USPS and DPD, depending on your destination.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by the destination country. Any such charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Confirmation and Tracking

You will receive an order confirmation email after purchase and a dispatch email once your order has left our warehouse. When a tracking number is available, it is included in the dispatch email. See track your order for more.

Please check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, contact us as soon as possible and before your order is dispatched so we can correct it.
