Here is what happens after you place an order with CombatX and how to follow it.
Order Timeline
- Order confirmation: you receive an email as soon as your order is placed.
- Processing: 1 to 3 business days, including name print or embroidery.
- Dispatch: you receive a dispatch email. When a tracking number is available, it is included.
- Delivery: 3 to 7 business days after dispatch.
Where to Find Your Order Status
Open the link in your confirmation or dispatch email to see your order status page. If you created an account, you can also view your orders after signing in.
