Pick the glove weight by use (16 oz suits most adults for sparring). Headgear and groin guard come in S, M, L or XL: measure your head just above the eyebrows and choose the groin guard by waist size.

Care & storage
Air your gear out after every session, wipe it with a damp cloth and let it dry away from direct heat. Always train with hand wraps to keep the lining fresh.

Three Royal Blue Pieces, Sized Separately

Because each piece has its own size option, a lighter boxer can take 14 oz gloves with a small headguard, while a heavier sparring partner can step up to 18 oz and XL.
Picking Royal Blue Glove Weight and Headgear Size
Most adults spar in 16 oz. Lighter adults often choose 14 oz, 12 oz suits bag and pad work, and 6 oz to 10 oz fits kids or small hands. Measure head circumference just above the eyebrows for the headgear, and use waist size for the groin guard.
