Boxing Shoes Sizing and Care Tips

Black and yellow fold-top boxing shoes

Boxing shoes should fit like a glove for your feet: snug, secure and with no heel slip. Here is how to size them and look after them.

How should boxing shoes fit?

  • Snug through the midfoot with no side-to-side sliding.
  • Toes close to the front without being crushed.
  • No heel lift when you rise onto the balls of your feet.

Sizing tips

  1. Measure your foot length in the evening, when feet are slightly larger.
  2. Use the size chart on the product page and compare to your measurement.
  3. Try them with the socks you train in.
  4. If you are between sizes and have wide feet, size up half a size.

Care tips

  • Wear your boxing shoes only indoors so the soles stay grippy.
  • Loosen the laces fully and let them air dry after training.
  • Wipe the soles with a damp cloth to remove dust that reduces grip.
  • Use shoe deodorizer inserts between sessions.
