Size & fit
Choose glove weight by use: 12 oz for bag and pad work, 14 oz all-round, 16 oz for sparring (most adults), 18 oz for heavyweights. Try gloves on with hand wraps.
Name print & embroidery
Choose Screen Print, or Embroidery for an extra $15, then type your name in the order notes at checkout. Short text of up to about 10 characters reads best.
Care & storage
Air your gear out after every session, wipe it with a damp cloth and let it dry away from direct heat. Always train with hand wraps to keep the lining fresh.
This black Grant glove gets a red inner thumb and red and white stripes around the cuff, a retro fight-poster look that keeps the stealthy black body.
Why Cuff Stripes Matter on a Black Glove
On an all-black glove, the wrist is where the eye lands when you raise your guard. Striping that area frames the hands and makes your guard easier to read on video.
The word "Prince" printed on the photo pair is an example of the name print option. Choose Screen Print or Embroidery, or leave it blank, and add your own text in the order notes.
Choosing Closure and Ounces for the Black-and-Red Grants
Lace Up gives the snug fight-style fit Grant is known for; Velcro is easier when training alone. Weights: 6 oz, 8 oz, 10 oz, 12 oz, 14 oz, 16 oz and 18 oz. Pair it with something from our headgear range for sparring.
Questions About the Striped-Cuff Black Grant Gloves
Is the palm black too?
Yes, both the back and palm are black, with red on the inner thumb.
Will "Prince" be printed on my gloves?
No, that is a sample; you choose your own name or No Name.
