Choose glove weight by use: 12 oz for bag and pad work, 14 oz all-round, 16 oz for sparring (most adults), 18 oz for heavyweights. Try gloves on with hand wraps.

Care & storage
Air your gear out after every session, wipe it with a damp cloth and let it dry away from direct heat. Always train with hand wraps to keep the lining fresh.
Cream is not white, and the difference matters. It has a warmer, slightly vintage tone that makes the red palm look richer than it would against stark white. White laces finish the cuff. The "ZU" lettering in the photo is an example of the name print option, showing where initials can sit.
