Size & fit
Pick the glove weight by use (16 oz suits most adults for sparring). Headgear and groin guard come in S, M, L or XL: measure your head just above the eyebrows and choose the groin guard by waist size.
Name print & embroidery
Choose Screen Print, or Embroidery for an extra $15, then type your name in the order notes at checkout. Short text of up to about 10 characters reads best.
Care & storage
Air your gear out after every session, wipe it with a damp cloth and let it dry away from direct heat. Always train with hand wraps to keep the lining fresh.
Red and White Split for a Classic Corner Look
Red and white are traditional boxing colors, and No Boxing No Life splits them neatly across each piece, with the red side in metallic. Gloves, headgear and groin guard all share the pattern, along with the oval brand badge.

Glove weights: 6 oz to 18 oz.
- 16 oz: the standard adult sparring weight
- 14 oz: lighter adults sparring
- 12 oz: bag and pad rounds
- 6 oz to 10 oz: kids and very small hands
Headgear and groin guard come in S, M, L and XL. Measure around the head just above the eyebrows; go by waist size for the cup.
