Choose glove weight by use: 12 oz for bag and pad work, 14 oz all-round, 16 oz for sparring (most adults), 18 oz for heavyweights. Try gloves on with hand wraps.
Name print & embroidery

Care & storage
Air your gear out after every session, wipe it with a damp cloth and let it dry away from direct heat. Always train with hand wraps to keep the lining fresh.

Choose 6 oz, 8 oz, 10 oz, 12 oz, 14 oz, 16 oz or 18 oz. For pad and bag work, 12 oz. For sparring, 16 oz suits most adults and 14 oz suits lighter adults. Winning's thick, layered padding is designed with sparring in mind.
