Size & fit
Choose glove weight by use: 12 oz for bag and pad work, 14 oz all-round, 16 oz for sparring (most adults), 18 oz for heavyweights. Try gloves on with hand wraps.

Care & storage
Air your gear out after every session, wipe it with a damp cloth and let it dry away from direct heat. Always train with hand wraps to keep the lining fresh.

Choose from 6 oz to 18 oz. Most adults spar in 16 oz; 12 oz suits bag and pad work; 6 oz to 10 oz fits kids and very small hands; 18 oz is for heavyweights.
